Charlotte Tailgate Farmer’s Market – 4.17.10

Dear gardeners, we are now officially past the average last frost date in Charlotte, with a terrific extended forecast in sight and JW’s Farm has lots of great heirloom tomato seedlings and other open pollinated vegetable starts, and even windowsill herb gardens, to get your garden growing! Also this weekend… baby Swiss chard, kale, radishes, mesclun mix, mizuna, curly cress, and first-of-the-season pea shoots (great for salads & stir-fry!)

This and every Saturday from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm on the patio of The Common Market, South End (1515 S. Tryon St.)… thru mid-May.The Common Market
